At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is a defect with your NEW item (Lanesha's Closet items are excluded), please send us and email with your full name, order number, and description of defect to info@lanehaleshae.com or using our Contact Us page.

All orders are subject to order verification and security checks.
Orders must be verified before shipping. Orders, where the billing address differs from the shipping address, may be subjected to security checks in which can delay your order.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM (Excluding Holiday). Orders are shipped out Monday - Friday (Excluding Holidays). If an order is placed outside of business hours, it will begin processing the following business day.
All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
APPAREL & ACCESSORY ORDERS
Apparel & accessory orders typically take 3-5 business days to process THEN an additional 5-7 business days to be delivered once shipped. Once your order is shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking info.
LANESHA'S CLOSET
Items purchased from Lanesha's Closet are typically processed in 2-3 business days and an additional 2-5 business days to be delivered. If an order will take longer than 2-3 business days to process, you will be notified when your order is received to begin processing. Once your order is shipped you will get a confirmation email with tracking info.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders can take 10-14 business days to process, THEN an additional 2-5 business days to be delivered. If an order requires more than 14 business days to process, you when be notified when your order is received to begin processing.
